Major Upgrade to BxmC Server

This is an important message for all digital media students and professors.
Starting on May 18th all user accounts may be unavailable. I will be taking down the main DM server (bam/file) for a major upgrade of the software. During this time no one will be able to log into the system at all, this includes the wiki as well as the website. I will make an effort to try to get the user accounts working on a secondary server for the time being but please be prepared to lose all access temporarily.
I will be upgrading the server as well as cleaning up all public folders and lab machines during this week. If you have any important files anywhere on the DM system please move them somewhere else so you can access them. I will not be deleting any user accounts or folders, this is just a precaution. The upgrade is major and is necessary to stop the issues which we've had this past semester with passwords and locked user accounts.
This site as well as the wiki will be online during this process but portions may not work properly due to the user login information being cut off. Those of you who need access during this time please speak to me and I'll create a solution for you.
I am giving an estimate of at most 1 week until users will have full access again. I will attempt to make the transition as quickly as possible. I will send out more reminders as the time comes nearer.
